Essence Hoi An Hotel & Spa, Hoi An

I had a memorable stay at The Essence Hotel, which began a bit rocky due to some noisy families, but the staff's excellent customer service turned our experience around. The rooms were spacious and clean with great views over the rice fields. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, and the dining options, especially breakfast, were truly impressive. However, the noise from outside could be disruptive at times, especially in the morning.

The hotel offers a delightful experience, being situated on the outskirts of Hoi An, providing lovely views of rice paddies and a convenient walking distance to the town center. The rooms are spacious and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort. While the dining options are plentiful and the buffet breakfast is a highlight, there were some initial hiccups with service speed that were later resolved. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for a family-friendly getaway with great amenities.
